Hyderabad: Jubilee Hills police on Sunday arrested city jeweler Kanti Dutt for allegedly cheating investors.

A man running a famous jewelry store in Jubilee Hills allegedly collected huge money from several people, including Tollywood and Bollywood actors, assuring that he would ensure huge returns on his investment in the business.

According to reports, the jeweler has hired several actors to promote his company.

However, he allegedly failed to distribute any profits and defrauded investors. Based on the complaint, Jubilee Hills police registered a case and arrested Kanti Dutt. He is brought before the court.
