A Florida model allegedly kills her husband by suicide

A model who lives Florida authorities in the Sunshine State say she shot her husband and then committed suicide earlier this week.

On Wednesday, Sabrina Krasniqi, 27, shot According to law enforcement, Pajtim Krasniqi, 34, was on the couple’s balcony at their apartment near Miami. She then took her own life.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours – just after midnight – at the elegant Beach Club Hallandale Tower II on South Ocean Drive in Hallandale Beach, a medium-sized city on the coast.

Police say they responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 12:30 a.m. that suggested shots had been fired near the address.

Five shots were reportedly fired in quick succession; then the shooter got hit; The sixth and final shot was fired in Miami, according to the Hallandale Beach Police Department ABC affiliate WPLG reports.

The victim’s sister wrote on Facebook that her sister-in-law shot her brother five times in the chest, seemingly confirming the order of double-lethal gun violence.

“I did not spend Thanksgiving Eve with my husband and children,” wrote the grieving sister. “I didn’t spend it with my friends. I spent it with policemen, detectives and reporters, talking about the cruel and senseless murder of my youngest brother by his wife. Pajtimi’s wife decided to take my brother’s life by shooting 5 bullets into his chest.”

Inside and outside Apartment No. 4508, responding officers found a grim and gruesome scene.

Both husband and wife were on the balcony floor; Pools of blood were visible under and near both bodies.

A video camera mounted on a local media helicopter also captured glimpses of the pre-Christmas carnage.

A WPLG camera captured footage of a heart-shaped box, roses and a teddy bear inside the unit – outside the yellow tarp over the body.

The camera belongs to a company from Miami Fox affiliate, WSVN recorded footage of the TV still on and bullet holes in the glass door leading outside.

“During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Sabrina Krasniqi shot her husband multiple times before taking her own life,” police said in a news release obtained by Miami police. WTVJ, NBC affiliate. “The incident occurred at their shared residence.”

The couple also had ties to New York.

“The person he trusted most, the person he chose to spend his life with, took that away from him,” the victim’s sister continued in her Facebook post. “She betrayed him, his love and trust. She broke up my family. Me and my siblings will never be the same again. I’m afraid my mother will never recover. Love you always, Pajtim RIP.”
