3 people injured in shooting at Marathon gas station in Belle Glade

BELLE GLADE, Fla. – Three people were injured, one seriously, in a shooting at the Marathon gas station on SW 16th Street in Belle Glade Saturday afternoon, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

When Palm Beach County Fire Department units arrived on scene at approximately 12:15 p.m., all victims were found to meet criteria for trauma and were transported to the Palm Beach County Trauma Center by Trauma Hawks.

The identities of the victims and suspect have not been released, and the motive remains unclear.
