MPD crime arrests: November 1–13

The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

NOVEMBER 1
Kire D’Angelo McNeil, 28, of Vincent Place, Mooresville, charged with assault causing serious bodily injury, misdemeanor domestic violence and assault on a female.

Lachez D’Mario Patterson, 41, of Central Avenue, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering, misdemeanor, misdemeanor resisting or delaying an officer, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Jeremy Michael Whitworth, 49, of Swift Creek Lane, Mooresville, charged with voyeurism by means of photographic images.

NOVEMBER 2
Daniel Wade Brown, 33, of Dogwood Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II substance, breaking and entering and drug offense.

NOVEMBER 3
Nicholas Pyaz Tucker, 35, of Rebecca Jane Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of trafficking in opium or heroin, five counts of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance.

NOVEMBER 4
Carson Alexander Lytton, 26, of Pamlico Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering.

Jason Mark Antony Towers II, 28, of Charing Place, Mooresville, charged with felonious restraint, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female.

NOVEMBER 6
Brandy Nichole Yarborough, 42, of Lola Avenue, Charlotte, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor DWI.

NOVEMBER 7
Daylan Grant Hellman, 23, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with felony littering over 15 pounds, speeding to elude arrest, two misdemeanor counts resisting or delaying officers, misdemeanor speeding, misdemeanor reckless driving with reckless disregard, misdemeanor hit and run and misdemeanor driving without a license.

NOVEMBER 8
Emma Jo Beebe, 21, of Browband Street, Troutman, charged with possession of a schedule II substance and misdemeanor drug offenses.

Steven Dean Christensen, 55, of Wilkinson Road, Mooresville, charged with sex offender/failure to report new address.

Jashawna Attuyah Sharee Jackson, 29, of Highland Street, Charlotte, charged with fugitive from justice.

NOVEMBER 10
Lynette Rachel Aldridge, 46, of Virginia Avenue, charged with simple theft.

Lynette Dunn, 46, of Virginia Avenue, Statesville, charged with simple theft.

NOVEMBER 12
Dayquan Jamal Spivey, 31, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with theft.

November 13
Jacques Donnell Gardner, 36, of King William Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II substance and misdemeanor drug offenses.
