The tragic death of a young man from Telangana, USA, who was fatally shot while working

A young man from Telangana’s Khammam district was fatally shot by attackers at a United States (US) gas station where he worked, today, Saturday, November 30, his family confirmed.

According to PTI The report shows that 22-year-old Sai Teja Nukarapu was shot dead on Saturday near Chicago in the early morning hours (India time), according to Madhusudan Thatha, member of the Legislative Council (MLC) of the political party Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), who cited preliminary information received from the USA.

The MLC, who visited the victim’s family near Khammam, clarified that Sai Teja was not on duty at the time of the incident. He stayed home to help a friend who asked him to cover for him for a short time while he took a break, according to PTI report.

Sai Teja completed her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in India and pursued her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the USA.

A relative shared with the media that he worked part-time at a gas station.

“It is sad that Sai Teja was shot dead while he was at his workplace to help a friend,” a relative of Sai Teja told the media.

According to PTIThe MLC mentioned that he has contacted the Telugu Association of North America (TANA) for assistance in this matter. The body of the deceased is expected to be brought back to India next week.
