Sean “Diddy” Combs included in new lawsuit, accused of hanging woman from 17th floor balcony

New week, new lawsuit! Disgraced rapper Sean Diddy Combs has been hit with a new lawsuit by fashion designer Bryana Bana Bongolan.

The 17-page lawsuit, filed Nov. 27 in Los Angeles, accuses the rapper of sexual battery, emotional distress and false imprisonment.

According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Combs allegedly threatened to kill her by hanging her above a 17th-floor balcony. He is seeking $10 million in damages for long-term emotional distress.

Bongolan states in the new lawsuit that Combs allegedly threw her over the balcony of his ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura after he forced his way into her ex’s apartment in the early morning hours of September 26, 2016.

She claims Combs grabbed her breasts and yelled at him when she tried to fight him.

Giving details of the alleged terrifying incident, Bongolan said he grabbed her under the arms and “lifted her onto the railing of a 17th-floor balcony, screaming, ‘Do you know what the hell you did?’ Do you know what the hell you did?” – the lawsuit says.

Despite Ventura’s intervention, he did not leave her. She claimed that Combs dragged her over the balcony and threw her on the balcony’s outdoor furniture, including a table.

Moreover, Bongolan also mentions that he witnessed several incidents of physical violence between Combs and Ventura’s then-girlfriend.

In the lawsuit, she claims she saw Ventura covered in bruises or suffering from a black eye, which was allegedly the result of Combs’ physical assault.

Describing one shocking fight, Bongolan claims Combs threw a large kitchen knife at Ventura, who also threw one at him in self-defense.

Bongolan also reveals how Combs allegedly cornered her, saying: ‘I’m the f***ing devil’

The shocking balcony incident is also mentioned in the now settled Ventura v. Combs lawsuit.

In the case file, she recalled Combs lifting the woman “like a baby” and hanging her over a 17th-floor balcony.

Combs’ lawyer vehemently denied Bongolan’s allegations.

In a statement provided to Rolling Stone, Combs’ legal representative states: “Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed her intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims. “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these serious allegations and remains confident that they will ultimately be proven to be without merit.”

The new lawsuit comes days after a New York judge denied his request for bail for the third time in a sex trafficking case. He is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
