A cyclist died after colliding with a van

A man died after a bicycle collided with a delivery truck.

A man in his 30s has died after his bicycle collided with a white Vauxhall Combo van, according to reports.

Officers were called to the scene on Sloothby High Lane in Hogsthorpe, near Chapel St Leonards, at 2pm GMT on Friday.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said specially trained officers were helping the man’s family.

Anyone with information or dashcam footage of the incident is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police.
