One person was injured in a shooting in Woodland Park

WOODLAND PARK, Colo. (KKTV) – Woodland Park police say they are investigating a reported shooting in the City Market Plaza parking lot that occurred Friday at 5:37 p.m.

Police said the suspect was arrested at the scene.

Police reported that an adult man was taken to hospital for his injuries. No update on the victim’s condition was provided as of 7:50 p.m.

“Due to the sensitivity of the parties involved, I cannot release more information at this time, but we have engaged everyone and are continuing to investigate,” Woodland Park police said.
